Kupp continues his dismantling of defensive backs. This week he posted 12 receptions, for 206 yards and 3 touchdowns. His stellar week helped lift EWU over an FBS program.
Najee Toomer: Dubuque(D3), WR, Senior
Last Game: Bethel (70-53 W)
Toomer posted video game statistics in a come back victory. 10 receptions for 297 yards and 5 touchdowns.
King Frazier: NDSU(FCS), RB, Senior
Last Game: Charleston Southern (24-17 OT W)
Frazier had 11 carries for 79 yards and a TD. He looked solid, breaking arm tackles and punishing defenders. But, he makes this list for the clutch factor, icing this game in overtime with a 25 yard TD run.
Karter Schult: Northern Iowa (FCS), DE, Senior
Last Game: Iowa State (25-20 W)
Karter picked up where he left off last year, abusing Offensive Linemen. He helped push UNI to a win over an FBS opponent with 3 TFL and 2 sacks, including a safety.
Bryce Marquardt: Bethel (D3), WR, Senior
Last Game: Dubuque (70-53 L)
Bryce did everything he could to help Bethel, but in the end it wasn’t enough. Still a great week though, with 9 receptions for 219 yards.
Curtis Lindsay: West Georgia (D2), Safety, Senior
Last Game: Catawba (23-3 W)
Lindsay had a solid week, aiding a smothering defense. He posted 10 tackles, 2 TFL, and 1 PBU.
Alan Barnwell: Charleston Southern (FCS), RB, Senior
Last Game: Kentucky State (57-7 W)
Barnwell showed off his playmaking abilities. On only 4 attempts, he put up 108 yards and a TD. His highlight was a 70 yard TD run.
Anthony Mullins: William Jewell (D2), WR, Senior
Last Game: SDMT (64-41 L)
Mullins had a nice week, but just not enough to secure the win. He had 9 receptions for 123 yards.
Bryce Shade: Wesley (D3), WR, Senior
Last Game: Delaware Valley (21-14 L)
Shade had a solid week, but Wesley turned the ball over too much to secure the win. Bryce had 9 receptions for 112 yards and a TD.
Tyler Condit: New Haven (D2), LB, Senior
Last Game: Slippery Rock (31-28 L)
Tyler racked up 13 total tackles in a nail biter against SRU. As always, he continued to be a tone setter for New Haven.
