Ryan is a very intriguing prospect, as he has played Quarterback the last few years and is transitioning back to Receiver. Though he is slightly smaller in stature, he uses his route running and short area quickness to create seperation. He has the speed and sure hands to continue his career at the next level. Ryan impressed at The Dream Bowl All-Star game, torching Defensive Backs for 130 yards and 2 touchdowns. We’ll see this kid playing on Sundays, and at the very least he can contribute right away on Special Teams. Tyrant Scouting gave Ryan a Fringe Draftable Grade here.
