Tyrant Analysis

Julien Davenport is quite possibly one of the most polished Lineman to come from the FCS level. He’s fundamentally sound when it comes to techniques. He’s a natural fit at Offensive Tackle, with his NFL size and athleticism. He easily comes out of his stance, and easily mirrors most pass rushers at the FCS level. He also does well blocking at the second level, and can block in space. The true test will be when he goes head to head with NFL talents at the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile. Tyrant Scouting gave Julien Davenport a Draftable Grade in our Small School Draft Overview.
